3. One more thing that you can do when experiencing panic attack, is try to stay away from the situation. Go out for a stroll, listen to your favorite music, or read a magazine. 4. Try doing a bit of exercise. Play that aerobics video and exercise. Go for a jog, do some calisthenics, do some yoga or just turn on some music and dance. Exercise helps enhance your blood flow so it helps manage your breathing.
